Yas Island Abu Dhabi

Yas Island is a large natural island located off Abu Dhabi, the national capital of the United Arab Emirates. Yas Island will be the only destination in the world that combines Arabian desert and maritime traditions with the fascinations of Florida and the elegance of Monte Carlo. It will be the world's most complete leisure destination occupying a total land area of 2,500 hectares.

In addition to the world's first and only Ferrari theme park, Yas Island will also be home to a Warner Bros theme park, and a Formula One racetrack, which will be hosting the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from 2009. Other attractions include a state of the art Water Park, the first Links golf course in the UAE and a 250,000 sq.m Retail Mall. With luxury hotels, water features, beaches, commercial offices, boutiques and spas, Yas Island is set to become a unique international toursit attraction.

Yas Island offers a variety of modern low rise mixed use residential apartments and villas to rent, lease or own. Residents can choose from a range of apartments or terraced stand alone units with panoramic views of the golf course or the two tiered exclusive waterfront apartments.

The ALDAR Signature Hotel will provide spectacular views across the waterways. Guests and residents will be well connected to Downtown Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi airport by a new 10 lane highway. In fact, the airport is just a five minute drive from Yas Island.
